REWIRE is an 8-week somatic journey of meditation, Somatic movement practices, body awareness and deeper connection to self.
The body and the self are deeply connected. Working with the body creates change where talking or thinking alone can’t reach.
Many of us understand what to do but our bodies are still carrying deep patterns, our overwhelm, and exhaustion. Change can feel challenging. It might be hard to get deep rest, hard to stay calm under pressure. Doing something differently can feel like a lot of hard work.
In a world that keeps us in our heads and on screens, this work is an invitation to come back into sensation — into your own human experience. Your body holds an intelligence that’s honest and wise, and when you’re connected to it, you have more choice in how you move through your life.

Together, we slow things down enough for real change to happen. We learn to work WITH the body rather than against it. We can feel for the ease and joy, even in the challenges.
Katy is a Certified Strozzi Somatic Coach and brings Somatic Experiencing–informed principles, trauma-sensitive bodywork, and nervous system education.

This circle runs on a sliding scale so you can choose the rate that feels right for you. It is my true joy to offer this work and I am committed to access for all! Pay what feels doable, no questions asked.

Somatics is a discipline that recognizes that our physical experiences and postures are intimately linked to our inner experience. Our SOMA is the entirety of self, this vivid inner world that is outwardly expressed through our living bodies, shaped by all of the sensations, emotions, the narratives dwelling within us. Working with Somatics brings you into your body in new ways: becoming aware of the subtle messages and not just the loud ones like: PAIN! OW! PANIC!
With Somatic Coaching & Bodywork, we learn how to notice patterns, messages and truths that our body holds, we find space for befriending the intelligence of the body, and then we learn how to shift towards what makes sense for us now. We practice new ways of acting and reacting, being in your body and your world in a way that allows you to chose connection, greater choice and you feeling more like the YOU that delights you, lights you up and then lights up everyone around you.
We help you to cultivate a grounded presence, nurture your confidence, and deeply connect to your compassion for yourself in the process. This is the powerful Jedi stuff that can be hard to put a finger on. When you bring these transformative shifts into the body and practice this greater awareness of what’s happening, it can truly change how you experience everything around you.
